臺灣集中保管結算所股份有限公司（以下稱「本公司」）為辦理「2026 臺灣週－亞洲永續金融新篇章」論壇（以下稱「本活動」），依個人資料保護法第 8 條規定，向您告知下列事項：

一、蒐集目的
本活動之報名、身分確認、報到、活動通知與聯繫，以及活動相關行政作業（特定目的：〇六九 契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務；一五七 調查、統計與研究分析）。

二、個人資料類別
姓名、公司名稱／組織、職稱、電子郵件及聯絡電話（識別類 C001、社會情況類 C038）。

三、利用期間、地區、對象及方式
期間：自蒐集之日起至本活動結束後六個月止，屆期即予刪除。
地區：中華民國境內，以及本公司委託之資訊服務供應商伺服器所在地。
對象：本公司及受本公司委託辦理本活動之廠商。
方式：以電子或書面方式，於蒐集目的範圍內處理及利用。

四、您的權利
您得依個人資料保護法第 3 條規定，就您的個人資料請求查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理或利用，以及刪除。如需行使上述權利，請來信 [email protected] 或 [email protected]。

五、不提供之影響
您可自由選擇是否提供個人資料；惟若未提供完整資料，將無法完成本活動報名。

六、活動攝影
本活動現場將進行攝影及錄影，相關影像可能用於本公司活動紀錄及宣傳。若您不希望入鏡，請於現場告知工作人員。

Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (“TDCC”) collects your personal data for the forum “2026 Taiwan Weeks – A New Chapter in Asian Sustainable Finance” (the “Event”). In accordance with Article 8 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, please note the following:

1. Purpose
Event registration, identity verification, check-in, event notifications and communication, and related administration.

2. Data collected
Name, company/organization, job title, email address and phone number.

3. Period, region, recipients and method of use
Period: from collection until six months after the Event, after which the data will be deleted.
Region: Taiwan, and the locations of servers operated by TDCC’s contracted IT service providers.
Recipients: TDCC and vendors engaged by TDCC to organize the Event.
Method: processed and used electronically or in writing, only for the purposes above.

4. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Act, you may request to access, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct, stop the collection, processing or use of, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please email [email protected] or [email protected].

5. If you choose not to provide data
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without complete information we will be unable to complete your registration.

6. Photography
Photos and video will be taken at the Event and may be used for TDCC’s event records and publicity. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our on-site staff know.
